Congratulations to Fabienne Bellanton of Stoughton who has been named as our Employee of the Month for January! Fabienne initially met with us back in 2015 after having worked contract roles for a few years. She was interested in something more permanent in nature that would leverage her extensive accounting and payroll management experience.
In August 2016 our client, a financial services firm in Norwell, was in need of a Payroll Accountant/Financial Supervisor. Fabienne interviewed and was offered the role on a temporary to hire basis. The feedback we received from her supervisor was consistently outstanding and this past January, Fabienne was offered and accepted a permanent role with the company.
We want to thank Fabienne for her hard work and dedication while working for us. Her story really represents the ‘win-win’ temporary-to-hire scenario where our client finds the right employee and our candidate finds their ideal job.
