Temporary Staffing

If you are presently unemployed and available for work, temping can be a great option. We work with a wide variety of growth oriented and successful organizations that count on us to fill a need on a moment’s notice. Whether a medical leave coverage, a special project, or a permanent need that can’t be filled right away because of budget constraints, our clients count on us to find quality professionals to fill the void. Working as a temporary can give you the opportunity to earn good money in your profession, learn new software or work in a new industry, all while making valuable networking contacts and even new friends along the way.

Temp to Perm

When it comes to hiring, many companies like to "test out" a new employee before making a full-time hiring decision. Our temp to perm service gives them this option—while giving you the opportunity to test out a potential employer before committing to a new job.  As a temp to perm employee, you begin your assignment as a South Shore Staffing temporary employee. Then after a set amount of time, usually around 10 weeks, you will be given the opportunity to transition to become a permanent employee working directly for our client.
