Jan Franceschelli (far left) receives March's employee of the month from Kim Matarazzo, Staffing Manager at South Shore Staffing. Also pictured are Jan's associates Duncan, Adrian and Mark. Jan is an Administrative Assistant supporting the engineering department at Instron Corporation in Norwood. She has proven to be a reliable and skilled employee. In addition to her superior administration skills, Jan is a devoted mother and is an avid watcher of the Food Network. She puts the skills she learns from the Network to good use in the kitchen!
