President

"I've always wanted to make a positive impact for people here on the South Shore. Growing up, I was inspired by my Dad and his company, McDaid Insurance. He built a highly successful business out of the basement of our house, and over the years, he has helped so many of our friends and neighbors.

South Shore Staffing was started to do the same... to support the people and businesses of our community. Prior to starting South Shore Staffing, I spent 14 years in the staffing industry, learning from some of the largest firms in the business. While those companies had great systems and procedures, they lacked passion for their customers — the kind of dedication and service you get from a local business owner.

As you will see, we've created a company that's not like any other staffing firm. Sure, we take advantage of the same technologies and best practices of the big guys, but the real difference is in our service, our caring and our commitment.
