We are happy to announce Marcia Taylor of Brockton as South Shore Staffing’s Employee of the Month for May! Marcia is currently on assignment at a local community bank in Canton, supporting the Assistant Vice President and Operations Manager of Residential Lending and also the Senior Vice President of the department.

Marcia was laid off from her position at MIT after 30 years and registered with us for assistance in finding her next role. She was open to temporary opportunities and after faithfully checking in with us, we were finally able to find her a great assignment in the busy lending department of a local bank. Marcia has progressed extremely well, consistently receiving excellent feedback from her supervisor. She keeps communication open, which can sometimes be challenging while on assignment, and displays the utmost professionalism at all times.
