It has been a long time coming but we are more than pleased to announce Michelle Evans, of Brockton, as our Employee of the Month for April! Michelle just started working her seventh assignment (and her fourth this year alone!) with us and it is no surprise our client hired her without meeting anyone else.
We met Michelle in 2015 when she reached out to South Shore Staffing to assist with her job search. She had a strong career as an Executive Assistant in the Pharma and Biotech industries but had witnessed a string of closed companies and subsequent lay-offs. After starting her own consulting business, she decided she wanted to find something a little steadier and called us.
We quickly placed her in an Engineering firm where she stayed for several months before being placed again with a local Bank on the South Shore. Michelle easily picked up new industries and utilized her transferable skill-set to receive stellar feedback from her managers. Since the Bank, Michelle has worked in non-profit, Government, financial services and, most recently, education.
Michelle is always a pleasure to work with. She’s responsive and open-minded to trying new industries and positions and continuously represents South Shore Staffing in a professional and positive manner. We couldn’t be happier to work with Michelle and we are so grateful for everything she does for us. Thank you, Michelle, and congratulations!
