Although we’re currently in the midst of Spring, let’s take a quick trip back to the cold days of winter and congratulate Tychelle Jackson, of Attleboro, who is February’s Employee of the Month!
In the summer of 2018 we met Tychelle and were immediately impressed with her professionalism, personality and work history. We knew she’d be a great hire and wouldn’t last long in today’s labor market.
Very driven, focused and eager to learn and grow, Tychelle was laid off the year prior and spent some time caring for an ill family member before coming to SSS for job search assistance. She had spent 11 years working her way around a bustling real estate company learning HR and even working as a financial analyst (something completely new to her) before she was laid-off.
We knew Tychelle would be a terrific employee in a company where she could wear many hats and exercise her strong knowledge of HR combined with her administrative and financial background, professionalism and overall aptitude. In October, the perfect opportunity came across our desk and she jumped at the chance to join Gaucher Associates, in Easton, where she recently converted from a temporary to permanent employee. Tychelle’s situation at Gaucher Associates was unique. She joined the organization during a time of internal change and she’s navigated the challenges and growth opportunities with poise, professionalism and tact. She always exhibited stellar communication skills, received positive feedback from her supervisors and while we were sad to see her go, we know she’s excited for the opportunities that lay ahead in her new position.
