Personable and driven, Alex is available immediately for temporary or permanent positions.

Diane, Controller (banking)

With a career that includes eight years at MutualOne Bank and three years at Avidia Bank, Diane’s strong banking background, hands-on Paylocity and payroll experience, and familiarity with core conversions makes her an ideal candidate for a local company. Diane would prefer to work for a smaller organization in the region that offers a good work/life balance.

Kevin, GM/Sales Manager

Kevin currently handles large defense OEM accounts which require a great deal of face-to-face client time and travel. In addition to managing eight direct reports and focusing on government compliance, he also develops trade show solutions and drives product releases.

A Naval Academy graduate, Kevin is interested in a permanent position that can utilize his strong skills.

A strong multitasker, Leanne was the sole payroll person at her last organization for over ten years before a new ERP system caused her role to be outsourced. She handled a multi-state payroll of 135 employees and produced 150 certified payroll reports per week. With skills in Sage and Excel, Leanne is looking for a temp-to-hire or direct hire role.

Kara, Senior Accountant

Available immediately, Kara loves senior-level accounting and is quite comfortable with direct reports having worked in property management, as well as the non-profit sector, and legal fields. With experience in bank recs, W9s, 1099s, monthly vendor auditing, GL analysis, advanced Excel, Yardi, Timberline, OneSite, and more, Kara would make an excellent direct hire employee.

Kara earned her B.A. in Accounting from Assumption College, and she is #readytowork immediately.

Stacey comes to us after being laid off due to COVID cutbacks. She is interested in temporary or permanent positions in healthcare or other industries.

With over 20 years of experience as a career Project Accountant/AR Manager, Melissa is especially strong in billing and receivables. She loves construction-related industries and is versed in Deltek Advantage, IntAcct, and Excel.
