Cathy’s extensive project accountant experience includes managing construction budgets, client contracts, billing, job cost analysis, and collections. She is proficient in Timberline and quite comfortable working with Deltek and SAP.

Cathy was recently laid off when the owner of her company retired and sold the business. She is looking for direct-hire positions only.

Barbara, Corporate Tax Accountant

An enrolled agent who was laid off due to COVID cutbacks, Barbara has extensive experience with CPA firms, corporate tax returns and auditing. An asset to any company, she is proficient in QuickBooks and loves solving problems.

Barbara is confident and personable, and she is open to temporary, seasonal, or direct hire employment.

Bill, Senior Accountant

Bill is looking to make a change from the public sector to non-profit or corporate accounting. With a BA and Master’s in Accounting from UMASS Amherst, he is currently working towards his CPA. Bill has some exposure to real estate accounting, and is familiar with Engagement, ProFX, MAS90, and Sage 10.

Bill would prefer permanent employment in the area.

Sarah, Purchasing

Sarah is currently handling procurement for a construction company but would like to get into project coordination. With a Bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University, Sarah has great customer service skills and is proficient in Excel, Viewpoint Specturm, Docusign, Bluebeam, Procore, and QuickBooks.

Sarah is open to both temp-to-hire and direct hire jobs.

Mary, Executive Assistant

Another job casualty due to COVID cutbacks, Mary has extensive experience in fundraising support, event management, and operations. While employed, Mary provided executive support to the president of a local private high school; she has strong PC skills and is a great communicator.

Mary is available ASAP for temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire positions.

Ben, Project Administration

With a 2019 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UMASS Dartmouth, Ben is smart, articulate, capable, and mature. While employed at Hasbro, he coordinated with engineers and designers ot keep product development for more than four brands on track. He has strong Excel and PC skills and is open to temporary or permanent employment.

Bethany, Tax Accountant

Bethany has experience with large cleanups/GL reconciliations in QuickBooks and loves building client relationships. She has done some S-Corp and trusts work, but would like more corporate work in her next job. Bethany is smart, poised, and articulate and would prefer a direct hire position in benefits.

Gina, Senior Accountant

Currently the bookkeeper for a local housing authority and part time accountant for a capital management company, Gina is a great multitasker who is proficient in QuickBooks. Very polite and pleasant, she would like to be considered for direct hire positions only.
