Hi, I’m Colleen Jenkins. I am a highly experienced recruiting consultant with over 20 years of success in talent acquisition, business development, and relationship management. I specialize in full-cycle staffing for roles in accounting, administration, and engineering, and I’m known for my hands-on, personalized approach to matching top talent with the right opportunities.

I partner closely with clients to understand their hiring goals, streamline their recruitment process, and deliver high-quality candidates who not only meet technical requirements but also align with company culture. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business management from Curry College and am also a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter.

I grew up in Milton and now live in Mansfield, where I’m an active member of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, walking my Red Fox Lab, and spending time with my husband and our three adult children.
