Hi, I’m Nicole Magnussen, and I bring over 20 years of sales and customer service expertise to the table. I earned my bachelor’s degree in communications from Curry College and later achieved my Master of Esthetics License from the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics. For more than 15 years, I worked as an Esthetician, honing my skills in sales, customer service, and engaging with the public.

Always a natural people person, I decided to pivot my career path after the pandemic and joined South Shore Staffing four years ago in a marketing and sourcing role. During that time, I discovered a passion for recruiting. Transitioning from marketing to a recruiting role, I quickly realized my knack for connecting with others and truly embraced my new position.

Now, as a Recruiting Consultant, I thrive on the people-focused nature of my work and find joy in helping others succeed. I grew up in Norwood and Walpole and now live in Milford with my husband, two teenage daughters, and our Yorkie, Martini. I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with my extended family.
