Hi, I’m Steve Allen, Vice President of South Shore Staffing. I joined South Shore Staffing in 2012 after spending over 20 years in management roles on the “client side” of staffing. Excited to work on the other side of the desk, I’ve been with South Shore Staffing ever since.

I’ve played an integral part in the growth of this company and have helped strengthen its resilience during challenging times.

Originally from Weymouth, I graduated from Massasoit Community College in Brockton and now live in Whitman. When I’m not connecting great clients with great candidates south of Boston, you’ll often find me riding my motorcycle along the coast or enjoying the many excellent local restaurants and pubs that the South Shore has to offer.
