South Shore Staffing is different from other agencies because their approach is a partnership and a collaboration to ensure that the candidate is successful. I feel that they vet candidates much more than other agencies, based on experiences we’ve had with other staffing companies, and they know the candidates’ skillsets and abilities at a much more personal level. The fact that they are local and have local candidates is a huge factor in the decision for my company to use them as a resource. The big national chains are not as personal, and I feel are not as invested in who they are representing because they don’t have that hometown connection like South Shore Staffing does with their candidates.
