Lisa Corrigan
President & CEO
President and CEO Lisa Corrigan has over 25 years of staffing industry experience. During her successful career, she has been a recruiter, recruiting manager, business development manager, and branch manager in an industry for which she has a great deal of passion and interest. She acquired South Shore Staffing at the start of 2021 to build on the company’s superior reputation for outstanding service to its local clients and is excited to be developing new strategies for growth that will greatly benefit both current clients as well as new clients to come.
Involved in many different professional organizations, she sits on the board of The South Shore Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Neponset Valley Chamber, and is a certified women’s business owner. Lisa is a lifelong resident of the area who resides in Sharon with her family and three dogs. She feels fortunate to live and work in the same community and believes in the importance of work/ life balance. Lisa loves to travel, cook, and spend time with family and friends well as find fantastic new restaurants on the South Shore. A graduate of Salve Regina University in Newport, she still enjoys spending as much time as possible on the shore.
Steve Allen
Vice President
Steve joined South Shore Staffing in 2012 after having been in management roles for over 20 years where he was on the “client side” of staffing. Excited to work on the other side of the desk, Steve has remained with South Shore Staffing since then and is now our Managing Director. Steve has played an integral part in the growth of the company and has helped strengthen its resilience during difficult times.
Originally from Weymouth and a graduate from Massasoit Community College in Brockton, Steve currently lives in Whitman. When he’s not connecting great clients with great candidates south of Boston, he can be found riding his motorcycle along the coast or enjoying the many great local restaurants and pubs that the South Shore has to offer.

My brother Ed started South Shore Staffing in 2004. His vision was to make a positive impact on people and businesses on the South Shore. After Ed unexpectedly passed away in 2013, I took the reins of his successful business.
True to his vision, we at South Shore Staffing are helping individuals and businesses find the right match for the right opportunity. South Shore Staffing is not like any other staffing firm. We have placed over 1,300 people in the community through a combination of superior service, caring and commitment. We typically use South Shore Staffing for temp-to-hire employees because this gives us a “trial” period to assess the new employee and determine if they are a good fit for the company. We prefer South Shore Staffing because they are very responsive, easy to work with, and they are local which is extremely convenient.
