We have worked with South Shore Staffing for the last eight years. When we first started together, we used their services to secure temporary help for our busy seasons and special events. As we grew through the years, we turned to South Shore Staffing to help us find a more permanent, part-time employee. We have been so happy with the candidates they have found over the years. South Shore Staffing is different from other agencies because their approach is a partnership and a collaboration to ensure that the candidate is successful. I feel that they vet candidates much more than other agencies, based on experiences we’ve had with other staffing companies, and they know the candidates’ skillsets and abilities at a much more personal level. The fact that they are local and have local candidates is a huge factor in the decision for my company to use them as a resource. The big national chains are not as personal, and I feel are not as invested in who they are representing because they don’t have that hometown connection like South Shore Staffing does with their candidates. We typically use South Shore Staffing for temp-to-hire employees because this gives us a “trial” period to assess the new employee and determine if they are a good fit for the company. South Shore Staffing provided many incredible employees here at the Randolph Covid-19 Resource Center.  They were all well-qualified and eager to work each day as the right hand to our nursing staff, while maintaining a safe and steady workflow following all CDC regulations.  SSS and their employees have been the backbone of this operation which provides COVID-19, influenza, public health services and education to the South Shore Area.  The endless support we received allowed us to serve the community with confidence each day.
